Delivery and Collections
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available on all of our produce. There is a collection point located on the right directly inside the door of Arch 13. You will receive and email to confirm your order, and a second email to alert you that your order is ready to be collected.
- Please do not arrive to collect your order before the second email has been received.
- When collecting your order, please observe social distancing measures.
- Same Day Click and Collect is available on Lunch items until 3pm. All other items are available for same day click and collect until 5pm.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to areas in and around Birmingham and Solihull.
To qualify for local delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm the day before expected delivery.
Delivery Days Are:
Tuesday - Solihull and Surrounding Areas
Wednesday - Sutton, Erdington and surrounding areas
Thursday - Stirchley, Bournville, Harborne, Smethwick, Moseley and surrounding areas
Friday - Solihull and surrounding areas
If you are looking for delivery on a specific day that doesn’t fit in with our standard free delivery schedule then please call us on 0121 794 6636 and we will try to fit your delivery in.
UK Delivery
We endeavour to send out all orders as quickly as possible, normally by the following working day. Orders are sent out using a next-working-day service.
Please note that the office is closed Saturday - Monday. Orders on these days will be sent out on the Tuesday to arrive on the Wednesday.
Delivery days are Wednesday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Delivery is made by our nominated carrier who operate a regular service Monday - Friday, no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Delivery costs are for Mainland UK only. Additional costs for Highlands and Islands apply.
Orders before 1pm will be dispatched same day to arrive the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day.
Please endeavour to be in on your delivery day, especially if ordering fresh produce and dairy.
The courier will endeavour to deliver between 8am and 4pm, however if you are not there the driver will leave a card (where possible) for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time. If this cannot be arranged you will have the option to collect the parcel from the courier’s nearest depot. Please notify the depot within 24 hours of your intention to collect and to arrange a suitable collection date.
After 3 days your order will be returned to our warehouse at which point we will either:
- Refund the cost of goods as paid to you less the cost of delivery.
- Re-deliver your goods at a cost as shown above.
Should you wish to change a delivery address after a parcel has been dispatched we reserve the right to pass on any additional cost incurred.
Any “Instructions to courier” given to Arch 13 whilst placing your order to leave the parcel(s) in a specific location (e.g. “leave in porch”) or to leave with a neighbour will be carried out at the customers own risk. Neither Arch 13 nor our nominated carrier will be held responsible for the security of the goods following such instructions.
